• Install — One binary from crates.io or an attested release archive.
• Chat — Pick a model, stream replies, and read a formatted transcript.
• Tool policy — One file per repository decides what the model may call, where, and whether to ask.
• Hooks — Run the pre-commit checks you already configure, without downloading anything.
• Dev container — Open the working directory in a published image through podman or docker.
